Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for operations management and team development? Client Services, Inc. (CSI), an A BBB Accredited full-service Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) firm in Earth City, Missouri, is looking for a full-time Collection Manager to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of collectors to achieve performance goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external clients to enhance business growth.
- Analyze internal reports and operational data to evaluate team performance and improve current strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure productivity targets are met by implementing efficient processes.
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries and feedback.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and compliance regulations.
- Provide administrative support to collectors, including preparing settlement letters, faxing documents, and managing auto-dialer assignments.
- Handle escalated manager calls and resolve issues in the best interest of the company and clients.
- Engage with consumers via phone to recover overdue payments and assess reasons for delinquency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all collection efforts, including communication records and payment commitments.
- Meet and exceed revenue expectations, quotas, and production standards.
- Support and develop a large team in a fast-paced environment, including career growth planning and problem resolution.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2 years of proven success in collections and team management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, drive performance, and implement process improvements.
- Knowledge of FDCPA regulations and other legal aspects of collections.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
