Requirements
How Role will make an impact:
- Supervise the Training Support team at JBLM MYC, on-site during standard operating hours.
- Conduct overall management and coordination for all collective, intelligence, and individual training events.
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree, subject immaterial. Graduate of the Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC), Sergeants Major Academy or equivalent level military schooling.
- Knowledge of and experience with Army constructive models and simulations.
- Demonstrated experience controlling medium to large unit training events and operations for MTC or similar organizations.
- At least 8 years of experience with military training and training support at the Brigade or higher level.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and training requirements at Division or higher level.
- Experience executing Mission Command training at battalion command level or higher.
- Purpose filled roles that contribute to impactful solutions to advance our federal clients' mission.
