Operations Supervisor

We are currently hiring for an Operations Supervisor to manage one of our local facilities What We offer:  Competitive hourly wages Training and advancement opportunites Paid medical, Dental and Vision Plan 401(K) with Company Matching What We expect:  Responsible for coordinating, managing and monitoring operations  Ensuring the health and safety of team members  Oversight of product quality and financial viability Provide accurate and timely reporting Engage continuous improvement initiatives  Oversee effective and efficient shipping, receiving, and maintenance of equipment.  Professional development of staff Provide excellent customer service promoting repeat business  Maintain established accounting controls including daily cash balancing   Experience:  Minimum:  3-5 years’ experience with, shipping and processing     3-5 years’ experience in a leadership role  Preferred: 3 years’ experience recycling, receiving, shipping and processing 5   years’ experience in a leadership role Education: • N/A Preferred: Bachelor Degree #TMM
