RoleWe're looking for a Facebook Media Buyer who is ready to learn, optimize, and scale at an accelerated pace. This is not a typical entry-level position—it's an opportunity to receive direct mentorship, specialize in a high-demand industry, and manage Facebook campaigns that perform at scale.
This role requires a driven individual who loves to analyze data, test strategies, and iterate. You'll work closely with our Senior Media Buyer and CEO to create and optimize Facebook ad campaigns. Your work will impact millions of people through effectively targeted, ROI-positive financial education campaigns.
Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Shadow and collaborate with our Senior Media Buyer and CEO to learn the art and science of high-performance Facebook ad buying
- Analyze campaign performance data to make data-driven budget allocation decisions
- Conduct ongoing audience research and ad testing to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to Facebook's and financial industry compliance standards
- Manage campaign budgets while meeting KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- A strong passion for Facebook advertising with a commitment to growth and improvement
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with Facebook Ads Manager metrics
- Ability to research audiences deeply and translate insights into effective targeting strategies
- Self-motivated, coachable, and proactive in applying feedback
- High level of organization and attention to detail
