Property Manager
Who We Are Looking For:
An experienced Property Manager with a track record of managing and creating rental programs. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping to launch and manage The Cliffs Property Management (CPM) program and will be responsible for securing rental homes, executing Property Management lease agreements/contracts with homeowners, overseeing guests’ experiences, managing trust accounts and upholding CPM standards of operation.
JOB DUTIES:
- Execute lease/contract agreements with homeowners within The Cliffs.
- Retain copies of all lease agreements/contracts as per South Carolina license law
- Serve as point of contact for homeowners, communicating regularly and timely responding to all emails, calls, questions and concerns
- Work with accounting team to manage trust accounts and ledgers, per South Carolina license law
- Oversee all homes within CPM program, ensuring homes are kept up to CPM standards
- Manage any maintenance/repairs needed on home. Ensure homeowners are communicated with before and during any repairs needed.
- Secure and manage third party vendors for maintenance needs, housekeeping, lawncare, etc. Ensure their work is consistent with CPM standards.
- Work with real estate teams to ensure homes are ready for Discovery Guests.
- Work with Guest Experience Coordinators (GECOs) closely to ensure on-site guests have a pleasant experience and any issues/complaints are addressed in a timely manner.
- Work with GECO’s to ensure liability and damage waivers are executed prior to the guests’ arrival.
- Monitor CPM website within cliffsliving.com to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date
- Work as an integral part of The Cliffs team, to ensure CPM success and growth year-over-year.
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must possess a SC Property Management or Real Estate license
- Two years of Property Management experience
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Proven experience with MS Office products to include Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
- Professional phone skills with excellent customer service
- Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment. Must be available nights and weekends, as needed
- Must have a valid driver’s license
