Must have skillset:
Looking for senior program manager with 15 yrs of exp
- Telecom/Datacom/Wireless domain
- Good understanding of telecom/datacom domain
- Working experience in wireless/WiFi/4G/5G domain areas preferable
- Program Management:
- Lead and manage end-to-end program lifecycle for all MVNO related projects and initiatives.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.
- Facilitate decision-making processes and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
- Oversee vendor deliverables and ensure timely completion.
- Resolve any vendor-related issues and escalate as needed.
- Agile Methodologies:
- Facilitate Scrum of Scrums meetings to ensure cross-team coordination and collaboration.
- Plan for dependencies among various teams and ensure smooth workflow.
- Resolve conflicts and roadblocks among teams.
- Reporting & Communication:
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all projects.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and concise project documentation.
