What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Short Hire Process position at Climate Pros?
Job Summary:
The Construction Temp will enjoy working as a representative of Climate Pros. Performing construction-type work such as welding, electrical, and pipefitting in their specialized area. This work is performed on a project basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and quality work.
- Follow Climate Pros procedures to complete assignments accurately.
- Some travel to the job site may be required.
- Other duties as required, based on skills.

- EPA Certification may be required depending on project assignments.
- Supermarket refrigeration/freezer experience in construction.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Regularly required to stand; walk; climb; carry; bend; kneel; reach; push; pull; occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds; noise level is medium/low.
