We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Construction professional specializing in HVAC, plumbing, and process piping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all mechanical systems are installed efficiently and in compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise HVAC, plumbing, and process piping installations on construction sites.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met.
- Review project plans and specifications to determine the best installation methods and materials.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Utilize Revit and Bluebeam for project planning and progress tracking.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and changes using Procore.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff and tradespeople on best practices in mechanical construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical construction, specifically in HVAC, plumbing, and process piping.
- Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, and Procore software.
- Strong understanding of construction codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary : $80,000 - $140,000
