- Fund indirect loans and process them into the data system daily. Verify accuracy when physical contract arrives, scan and file appropriately.
- Monitor various reports on a daily basis; process paid loans, loan files and release titles, liens, and HELOC deeds of trust.
- Review signed HELOC paperwork for accuracy and record deeds of trust where applicable.
- Prepare and audit title documentation, draw fees and process paperwork to secure liens on collateral. Input and track receipt of titles utilizing the appropriate databases.
- Process insurance and Gap claims.
- Account research and problem resolution.
- One to three years of of Consumer Loan Servicing, Lending Support, or similar experience. A demonstrated knowledge of the functions in the department.
- Spanish/Bilingual Preferred
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
