Member Service Representative – Bilingual (Spanish Preferred)

As a Member Service Representative (MSR), you’re not just helping with transactions—you’re building relationships and shaping financial futures. You'll be the welcoming face of our Lakewood branch, assisting members with everyday banking needs while offering personalized financial solutions that help them climb toward their goals.

What You'll Be Doing

✔ Process member transactions with accuracy and speed: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cash advances, wires, and more

✔ Provide account support: update contact info, place travel advisories, assist with inquiries about loan payoffs, rates, and account history

✔ Open new accounts and conduct credit interviews to identify member needs and recommend the right financial products

✔ Cross-sell and up-sell our services to help members meet financial goals

✔ Contribute to branch growth by meeting personal and team goals in deposits, loans, and member engagement

✔ Stay informed on competitors' offerings and promotions

What You Bring

🔹 1–3 years of related experience in banking, customer service, or financial services

🔹 High school diploma or GED required

🔹 Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

🔹 Strong communication and problem-solving skills

🔹 Passion for providing outstanding member experiences

🔹 Experience with credit reports and basic underwriting is a plus
