Responsibilities
Foster strong relationships with current customers and Commercial Producers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Efficiently manage workflows using agency's management system and procedures, ensuring thorough documentation and workload organization.
Service existing customers with policy or service related requests, such as production of Evidences of Insurance, Auto Insurance Certificates, and insurance verification in a timely manner. Review and endorse policies correctly and efficiently to reflect the needs of the insured.
Handle all aspects of Certificate of Insurance requests from commercial clients.
Receive and submit claim information on customer's behalf and act as client's advocate.
Assist in development of business relationships with insurance carrier personnel, including working with underwriters and clients to resolve any underwriting challenges that may arise.
Requirement
Great Customer Service skills
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Ability to perform at a high level in a dynamic, developing, change-embraced environment.
Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
1 years experience within P&C Industry is required. Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred - if not completed at time of hire, expedited completion is expected.
