We will guide you through the process of getting licensed as a mortgage loan originator, equipping you with the tools, training, and support to succeed in both industries. With our resources, you can take full control of the transaction and significantly increase your earning potential.
What We Offer:
- Buyer Leads in Your State: We provide high-quality buyer leads for you to contact, close real estate deals, and originate loans.
- Licensing Support: We’ll help you get your mortgage license, including guidance on studying for and passing the NMLS test (similar to the real estate licensing process).
- Dual-Licensed Opportunity: Once licensed, you can "hang your mortgage license" under our brokerage, allowing you to close loans while continuing to close real estate transactions under your current real estate broker.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact the buyer leads we provide and work with them to close their real estate and mortgage needs.
- Guide clients through the real estate and mortgage process, ensuring they receive exceptional service from start to finish.
- Learn and understand mortgage products, loan programs, and compliance requirements to effectively close loans.
- Work closely with Climb Mortgage's in-house team for processing and support to ensure smooth closings on both real estate and mortgage transactions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, providing them with a seamless homebuying and financing experience.
Qualifications:
- Active real estate license in your state.
- Strong desire to expand your career by becoming a licensed mortgage loan originator.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a dual role.
- Willingness to study for and pass the NMLS mortgage licensing exam (we’ll guide you through the process).
