We are seeking an experienced Epic Willow Analyst to support the implementation and optimization of Epic Willow Inventory for inpatient pharmacy sites. This role includes managing implementation, testing, go-live support, and ongoing optimizations to enhance pharmacy workflows within the Willow Inventory application. The ideal candidate should have in-depth experience with Willow Inventory implementations, including integrations with general ledger and wholesaler systems.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation, testing, and go-live support for Willow Inventory in inpatient pharmacy environments.
- Deploy optimizations to enhance Willow Inventory applications across pharmacy sites.
- Install new applications, components, and upgrades; configure application settings and validate configurations.
- Define and coordinate go-live and rollout support schedules, including support for field activities.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and application support, independently resolving critical issues.
- Interpret user requirements to propose optimal solutions and anticipate potential issues.
- Analyze operational workflows and integrate them effectively with Willow Inventory.
- Create test plans, perform tests for new systems and upgrades, and document testing outcomes.
- Design database queries, create reports, and monitor applications to recommend improvements.
- Maintain training materials, support users on new functionalities, and provide 24x7 rotating customer support.
- Triage and resolve network, hardware, and workstation issues; coordinate and manage vendor communications for issue resolution.
- Serve as a resource for Application Analysts and support personnel as needed.
