Please note that this position is in our Dallas office and is part-time. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and professional customer service via phone, text and email.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling and assisting patients with prescription refills by communicating with the providers/assurance of completion and follow-up as needed.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Accurately document patient interactions in CRM systems.
- Support the billing department in resolving inquiries and disputes.
- Educate patients on Clinic Concierge services and current promotions.
- Provide feedback to enhance the efficiency of customer service operations.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with new patient follow-up calls and/or follow-ups with existing patients to appoint future patient visits.
- Support database management and data clean-up projects.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or a luxury service setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations (preferred but not required).
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
