We also offer unique services like our ambulatory surgery center and nuclear stress testing facility.
We are seeking to add a Full Time Patient Service Representative to our team in Pikesville located in the Woodholme Medical Building at 1838 Greene Tree Road! Call Center experience is preferred! Our ideal candidates must be willing to work in a team environment which includes a call center and go above and beyond in providing customer service to our patients. We are a multi-specialty healthcare setting that offers enrichment and an opportunity for growth.
Shifts: Monday - Friday / 7.5 - 8.0 hours per day
Hours: Must be available to work as early as 7:30 am and work as late as 6:00 pm.
The Patient Service Representative must be detail oriented and possess the ability to multi-task to ensure that all front desk protocols are being performed efficiently and accurately.

The Patient Service Representative must be detail oriented and possess the ability to multi-task to ensure that all front desk protocols are being performed efficiently and accurately.
The Patient Service Representative will perform duties including but not limited to:
- Identifying and quickly assessing the nature of calls and acting appropriately to provide prompt, professional service.
- Scheduling appointments
- Verifying insurance / resolving eligibility issues prior to a scheduled appointment.
- Collecting co-pays, deductibles, and account balances.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
- Medical Office experience is preferred.
- Call Center experience is preferred.
- Basic arithmetic and money calculating skills.
- Excellent patient care and customer service skills.
