Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in medical technology or a related science from an accredited program and be certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) as a laboratory scientist (MLS), formerly known as MT/CLS or American Medical Technologist, as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT). Additionally, you should have experience operating general laboratory equipment and working in a hospital/commercial lab setting.
