What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Analyst position at Clinical Magnet?
Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is partnering with one of our top clients to find a Financial Analyst to help oversee financial operations for the hospital system. This is a hybrid position near the Hickory, NC area.
This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!
Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst:
- Working closely with the Finance Director, assist with financial reporting and modeling, budget creation, and financial analysis for the health system
- Conduct reimbursement analysis and cost reporting, working with Medicare/Medicaid, as well as other products
Requirements for the Financial Analyst:
- 5 years of finance experience, specifically with accounts receivable, budgeting, reimbursement, or similar
- Financial modeling and cost reporting experience is a must
- Healthcare experience is nice to have but not required for someone willing to learn
- Certified Hospital Cost Report Specialist (CHCRS) (or willing to obtain after employment)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
Compensation, Benefits, Schedule for the Financial Analyst:
- $65,000-$100,000 base salary
- Full benefits package (medical/dental/pto/etc.)
- Schedule is M-F, Hybrid (Specific days to be discussed)
