Payroll Specialist

Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is partnering with one of our largest clients to find a Payroll Specialist to oversee the financial operations for multiple physician p. This is a hybrid position near the Dallas area.

This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!

Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist:

• Working closely with the Payroll Manager, assure timely and accurate payment for physicians and other healthcare providers across multiple sites and partners
• Assist with the onboarding of new practice partners, providers, and other staff

Requirements for the Payroll Specialist:

• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience in a complex environment
• Ability to manage payroll for multiple sites, specifically with physicians and healthcare providers with unique schedules and pay structures
• Experience with Paycor or Workday is a bonus
• Must have human resources knowledge or experience (onboarding, benefits, etc.)
• Experience building and managing physician compensation plans
• Bachelor’s Degree is required, human resources preferred but open to similar

Compensation, Benefits, Schedule for the Payroll Specialist:

• $30-$35/hr, with bonus incentive
• Full benefits package (medical/dental/pto/etc.)
• Schedule is M-F, Hybrid (Specific days to be discussed)
