- Manage and provide direct oversight to the behavioral health emergency services unit that perform various and complex clinical exams.
Requirements
- Hold either an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license.
- Be well-versed in clinical equipment utilized within the unit.
- Have 24/7 coverage of the unit and be easily accessible to offer guidance and subject matter expertise.
- Highlight team strengths, pinpoint weaknesses, and provide necessary training to address matters.
