Job Description
The Inpatient Critical Care Pharmacist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care through medication management, clinical consultation, patient education, compounding and preparation, compliance and documentation, and quality improvement. The successful candidate will work with providers and other members of the inpatient care team, educating and precepting new residents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
