Clinical Management Consultants Careers is seeking an experienced Healthcare Finance Quality Director to ensure the overall integrity, accuracy, and compliance of all financial operations within our hospital.
This full-service critical access hospital boasts 25 inpatient beds and offers personalized medical, surgical, and intensive care services. We provide various outpatient services including cardiovascular, rehabilitation, oncology care, and diagnostic services.
The successful candidate will report to the Chief Financial Officer and be responsible for overseeing financial audits, protecting financial reporting processes, working closely with hospital leadership teams, developing a comprehensive financial quality program, conducting staff training, investigating financial discrepancies, and driving the overall strategic success of the finance department.
- Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Progressive experience in healthcare finance setting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certifications are a plus
