A leading critical access hospital located in northern New Hampshire is now seeking an experienced Healthcare Finance Quality Director to join their award-winning healthcare team.
This full-service critical access hospital boasts 25 inpatient beds and offers personalized medical, surgical, and intensive care services. This location also offers various outpatient services including cardiovascular, rehabilitation, oncology care, and diagnostic services.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Healthcare Finance Quality Director will ensure the overall integrity, accuracy, and compliance of all financial operations within the hospital. Responsibilities include overseeing financial audits, protecting financial reporting processes, working closely with hospital leadership teams, developing a comprehensive financial quality program, conducts staff training, investigates financial discrepancies, and drives the overall strategic success of the finance department.
What’s Needed to Succeed:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Progressive experience in healthcare finance setting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certifications are a plus!
