This healthcare system offers comprehensive medical services across four hospital and clinic locations, providing advanced services such as emergency and critical care, surgery, women's and children's health, diagnostic services, cancer care, cardiovascular services, and more.
The Healthcare Quality Manager will report directly to the Chief Quality Officer, overseeing quality improvement initiatives across the hospital. Responsibilities include:
- Developing, managing, and evaluating quality assurance programs
- Leading performance improvement projects
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Oversight of infection control processes
- Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Preparing for and leading accreditation and certification surveys
- Developing and managing training programs
- Collaborating with hospital administration
- Communicating quality achievements effectively across the organization
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Nursing, or related field
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) highly desirable
- Prior leadership experience a plus
