The successful candidate will have a background in Oncology Pharmacy and progressive clinical leadership experience in hospital pharmacy services. They will serve as a liaison between pharmacy staff, technicians, and hospital staff to provide seamless care for patients receiving cancer treatment.

Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve cancer treatment medication services
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff, technicians, and hospital staff to provide seamless care for patients receiving cancer treatment
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to pharmacy staff
Requirements:
- PharmD degree and licensure in good standing
- Experience performing drug compounding, such as chemotherapy compounding and/or non-hazardous compounding
- Progressive clinical leadership experience in hospital pharmacy services
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
