The Hospital Pharmacy Director will also play an essential role in educating and mentoring the pharmacy team and providing advanced clinical expertise to medical and nursing staff.Key responsibilities of the Hospital Pharmacy Director include managing daily operations of the pharmacy department, reviewing financial statements and performance data to assess productivity, and determining staffing requirements.
