- Safely storing and disposing of patient materials
- Preparing radioactive materials for administration
- Administering radioactive materials to patients
- Operating nuclear instruments to obtain diagnostic images
- Preparing information and test analysis for physicians
Reporting to the Radiology Manager, the Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist will serve as a patient advocate and ensure the highest level of care is provided. To succeed in this role, candidates must have:
- A Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist ARRT(N) or CNMT certification
- Prior working experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Prior working experience is highly valued but not mandatory
