The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare finance and be responsible for ensuring the overall integrity, accuracy, and compliance of all financial operations within our hospital. This includes overseeing financial audits, protecting financial reporting processes, working closely with hospital leadership teams, developing a comprehensive financial quality program, conducting staff training, investigating financial discrepancies, and driving the overall strategic success of the finance department.
