The CST Surgical Technologist Role
The CST Surgical Technologist will join our team as a Circulator and patient care specialist in the Operating Room Department.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, including Scrub / Circulating RNs, Surgeons, and support staff.
The Perioperative Services Department features cutting-edge technology in every suite, enabling us to provide a wide range of surgery procedures from Neuro and Spine to Orthopedics and ENT.
The Surgical Technologist will be responsible for circulating in the operating suites, supporting pre and post operation turnarounds, and serving as a partner on a large team.
This role provides opportunities for skill development through efficiency upgrades and operational improvements, as well as leading projects to execute on these visions.
Responsibilities and Requirements
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
