This patient-centered 25-bed full-service hospital has been serving the local and surrounding communities for many years and offers outstanding and quality patient care including Emergency Care, Women’s and Children’s Care, Orthopedics, and Cardiac Care.
Reporting to and working alongside the CNO, the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer will be responsible for Nursing leadership, planning, and management for this great healthcare facility. Providing leadership to Nurses across hospital departments, the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer will take pride in working for an organization that puts patients first and values the hospital employees.
The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer will provide guidance and mentorship to nurses and will be well supported by Nurse Managers and Nurse Directors. The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer will be responsible for managing costs and overall department budgets while maintaining accountability and authority for all nursing services.
