Position Overview:
- Title: ASC - CEO / Surgery Center Administrator
- Compensation: $130,000 - $155,000 base salary plus 25% annual bonus potential
- Reports to: Director of Operations
- Direct reports: 30 employees including Director of Nursing, materials/procurement, & business office
The surgery center specializes in orthopedics, ENT, podiatry, urology, and colorectal procedures. It currently has 4 operating/procedure rooms performing 8 cases per day with a goal of increasing to 12-14 daily cases. As an established leader, the Surgery Center Administrator will be pivotal in driving operational efficiency and growth for this successful ASC.
Surgery Center CEO Qualifications:
- Prior multi-specialty ASC administrative leadership or DON experience
- Expertise in surgery center operations, finance, revenue cycle, supply chain, staffing, and accreditation
- Proven ability to foster an engaged, accountable, and high-performing culture
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
