The Clinical Director is expected to lead clinical teams, provide strategic direction for medical services, monitor clinical performance, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. It is important that this leader has experience serving as a role model for clinical staff by demonstrating exemplary medical practice and leadership in past positions.
