Job Overview
Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. This esteemed position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced SLP to contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive speech and language pathology services, including patient evaluation, interpretation of evaluation results, and intervention for pediatric, child, adult, and geriatric patients with various diagnoses. They will also assess and treat language/speech and swallowing impairments resulting from neurological insult/disease, developmental disabilities and delays, impaired oral motor abilities or laryngeal functions, dehydration/malnutrition, or change in anatomy secondary to trauma or surgery.
Requirements
- Five years of active licensed clinical SLP experience required
- Competent in 2-3 of the following areas: Bedside Swallow Evaluation, Videofluoroscopy, Blue Dye Swallow Evaluation
- Current California licensure as an Speech Language Pathologist
- BLS Required
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) through ASHA
