Responsibilities Include:
- Staffing, project planning, facilities management, budget preparation, regulatory compliance, equipment selection and maintenance, supply ordering, and contract negotiation with vendors.
- Recruitment, retention, development, training, and discipline of staff members.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong partnerships with post-acute care providers.
- A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in nursing leadership or case management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
