The Inpatient Accounts Payable Supervisor will oversee and manage the accounts payable team to ensure efficient, compliance, accurate, and timely processing of financial transactions. Responsibilities include supervising the day-to-day activities of the accounts payable team, verifying and processing invoices, identifies key trends impacting payments and vendors, reviews payment planning, provides coaching and mentorship to the AP staff, create standard operating procedures and training materials, support annual audits, and serve as a resource within the fiscal affairs department
The ideal Hospital Accounts Payable Supervisor will preferably have a college degree in a related field, 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable Services, and previous experience with accounts payable operating systems.
