An exciting opportunity with a 25 bed critical access hospital in Northern Idaho has just become available for a Hospital Controller looking to grow in their career!
This organization provides access to world-class acute care services to a population of roughly 14,000 people. The inpatient services provided include cardiology, emergency medicine, orthopedics, and wound care. This hospital also provides various outpatient services including laboratory procedures, physical therapy, occupational therapy, radiology, chemotherapy, same-day surgery, cardiac and pulmonary rehab, nutritional counseling, home health, and respiratory care.
Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Controller will oversee all accounts payable, payroll, and general accounting functions for the organization. The Financial Controller will also manage department human resources, review work low and processes, identifies areas of improvement, develops internal policies and procedures, manages all monthly and year-end closings, leads and directs financial reporting, and prepares annual budgets and audits.
