We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospital Director Patient Access to oversee and optimize all aspects of patient access services located in Nashville, TN!

As the Hospital Director Patient Access, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the Patient Access Department, including registration, scheduling, and insurance verification. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of patient access professionals to ensure high standards of service. You will have the ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to improve efficiency and quality of services. You will also collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times. Your role will be supported by a dedicated team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and committed staff.
