**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop objectives and operational plans for laboratory services aligned with organizational standards
- Oversee all laboratory personnel management, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Maintain regulated, safe, and compliant laboratory environments
- Manage laboratory budgets, financial performance, and supply/inventory controls
- Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory workflows and services
- Collaborate across the healthcare system to support growth of outreach/outpatient testing volumes
- Evaluate and integrate new testing methodologies, instrumentation, and information systems
A Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science or related scientific discipline is required, as well as experience managing high-complexity hospital/clinical laboratories, current certification as Medical Technologist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist, and working knowledge of regulations governing laboratory operations.
