We are seeking a highly skilled Oncology Pharmacist to oversee medication approval, dispensing, and counseling of patients undergoing cancer treatment services. The ideal candidate will have experience performing drug compounding, such as chemotherapy compounding and/or non-hazardous compounding.
The successful candidate will serve as a liaison, supporting pharmacy staff, technicians, and hospital staff as needed to care for patients receiving cancer treatment. A strong background in Oncology Pharmacy and progressive clinical leadership experience in hospital pharmacy services are essential.

Requirements:
- PharmD degree and licensure in good standing
- Experience performing drug compounding, such as chemotherapy compounding and/or non-hazardous compounding
- Progressive clinical leadership experience in hospital pharmacy services
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
