This community hospital was named in the top 100 critical access hospitals in the country and is looking to continue their award winning service into the future. This Medical Center offers many vital service lines to the community such as, Cardiology, Dialysis, Women's and Children's, as well as Emergency Services. The VP of Finance / CFO will play an integral role in the continued growth and service to this facility.
The Hospital Vice President Finance will report to the CEO and will work collaboratively with the Executive team to develop both short and long term financial goals for the organization. Supporting the CFO will be an eager team of associates including; Accounts Payable Specialist, Patient Financial Services Representatives, Materials Management Manager, Quality Assurance / Risk Manager, and Staff Accountant.
The Hospital Vice President of Finance will oversee all departmental budget procedures along with all other financial matters in the facility. This Executive Leader will also develop initiatives both short and long term to encourage service line growth and identify areas of opportunity throughout the facility. The ideal candidate for this Vice President of Finance position will have experience leading finance operations in rural health organizations. This person will understand the limitations placed on smaller healthcare organizations, and will be able to rise to that challenge.
