As a Lab Technologist MLT, you will report to the Manager of the Clinical Laboratory and work alongside other experienced and knowledgeable Laboratory Technologists. Under minimal supervision, the Medical Technologist will test and report samples within the required turn-around time and must be able to prioritize samples appropriately. This person will follow prescribed procedures in performing laboratory testing and be capable of troubleshooting instrumentation and test procedures. Communication is essential in order to refer unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel and in orienting co-workers and other personnel to the lab policies and procedures.
