Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Manager Radiation Oncology Proton Therapy will oversee the clinical and administrative functions of the Proton Therapy department in conjunction with the Photon department. Responsibilities include traveling to various site locations, managing a staff of one Chief Technologist and 20 Staff, provides direct guidance to staff, ensures appropriate department staffing, manages department budgets, and actively participates in the hospital Cancer Committee and Performance Improvement teams.
Requirements Include:
- Active license for Radiation Therapy through ARRT
- Progressive leadership experience overseeing a large staff
- Expert knowledge of radiation oncology proton therapy
