As a Nurse Manager Case Management, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes doctors, nurses, and other healthcare specialists. Your primary responsibilities will include managing staff, developing departmental goals, and ensuring compliance with policies. You will also participate in performance improvement initiatives and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to foster positive communication and teamwork. To succeed in this role, you must have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private health insurance guidelines. A BSN and active NY Nursing License are required. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday day shift position.
