This Nurse Cardiac ICU will join a dynamic team to help lead this busy unit. Responsibilities for the role include overseeing departmental budget and staffing, working closely with the Nurse Director and CNO to ensure hospital quality and care standards are met and upheld, supervising staff through all day to day operations, and ensuring all hospital, local, state, and federal rules and regulations are upheld. This RN Manager must have impeccable communication skills and a passion for creating a vibrant work environment for their team.
Requirements:
- Active NYS RN license
- Master's degree in a related field
- 2 years of ICU leadership experience
- previous clinical RN experience in a CICU/ICU setting
