As the Outpatient Clinic Manager, this person will report directly to the Director of Clinic Operations. This position will oversee multiple clinics of 5 to 15 providers. The Manager will work closely with Physicians and staff within the clinics to oversee proper scheduling and ensure the clinics are functioning properly and are delivering exceptional patient care daily.
The Outpatient Clinic Manager will oversee the day-to-day functions of the clinics and manage the daily activities, administrative, and operational functions. As Manager, this person will act as the liaison between clinic staff, medical staff, patients, and executive administration to guarantee the success of the clinics. The Manager will support the clinic director in recruiting, directing, and evaluating the clinic support staff and will also develop and oversee the required training for clinic employees.
