- Leadership & Supervision: Oversee the daily operations of Day Surgery, PACU, and Endoscopy Lab, providing guidance and support to staff members to ensure exceptional patient care.

- Collaboration: Consult with staff, physicians, and hospital leadership to resolve nursing issues and implement hospital policies effectively.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Licensure: Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting, with at least 2 years in a perioperative services role.
- Leadership: Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a healthcare setting.
