As the RN Director of Informatics, you'll be orchestrating a symphony of positive change:
- Initiating and implementing groundbreaking quality improvement and compliance activities to elevate patient care.
- Educating and empowering our exceptional staff to drive Performance Improvement (PI).
- Collaborating with Nursing Directors to integrate PI across all units and service lines.
- Establishing and implementing metrics and dashboards to measure success.
Do you have what it takes to lead the charge?
- Master’s degree in an area related to health care management. and Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Minimum three (3) years of progressive leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High degree of Emotional Intelligence demonstrated by Relationship Management, Self-Awareness, and Social Awareness.
- Current New York State RN License.
