As a Staff Development Specialist, your role is to create and implement educational programs that enhance the capabilities of our clinical staff. You ll be identifying educational needs, coordinating training, and delivering programs that promote best practices in patient care. Whether it s new staff onboarding, departmental training, or specialty education, you ll be the driving force behind a continuous learning culture at the hospital.
You ll have the opportunity to work alongside department directors, department managers, and clinical teams to develop tailored training programs. You ll be a consultant and mentor, guiding staff through educational challenges and helping them grow professionally. Your expertise will directly impact not just the hospital s operations, but the community s health and well-being.
This role requires either an RT, RT, or Paramedic with an active clinic license in addition to 3 years of acute care hospital experience. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate staff effectively.
