**About the Opportunity:**
Clinical Management Consultants is seeking an experienced General Surgeon MD to join their team in Northwestern Washington. As a leading critical access hospital, we provide access to world-class acute care services to our local population and surrounding areas.
Our inpatient services include cardiology, emergency medicine, orthopedics, and wound care. We also offer various outpatient services such as laboratory procedures, physical therapy, occupational therapy, radiology, chemotherapy, same-day surgery, cardiac and pulmonary rehab, nutritional counseling, home health, and respiratory care.
As a General Surgeon MD, you will report to the Chief Operating Officer and provide comprehensive patient assessment, treatment planning, conduct pre-surgical consultations, perform surgical procedures, onsite emergency services, maintain accurate patients records, collaborate with various departments, and adhere to all laws and regulations.
You will participate in quality improvement activities and help manage billing and other office operations.
The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate level degree or higher, medical degree from an accredited medical school, 2-3 years working in a general surgery setting, and experience working in a rural setting.
