Position: Pharmacy Technician CPhT.
Compensation: Starting at $21 hourly.
Department Opening: Clinical Solutions Wholesale, CSW.
Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm.
Location: 416 Mary Lindsay Polk Drive, Franklin, TN 37067.
The position reports directly to the Regulatory and Compliance Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Pharmacy Technician CPhT.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Pharmacy Technician License in Tennessee.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- 1 plus years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
- Strong computer skills, Excel spreadsheet Microsoft Office software knowledge required.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to organize and prioritize to maintain productivity requirements.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Duties Include:
Document Control
- Facilitates the document control process for CSW regarding new or existing Quality Management System Documents, and other related records.
- Store, manage, organize, and maintain documents, adhering to the company's lifecycle and records retention procedures. This may include tracking the status of documents during their lifecycle: draft, peer review, approval, obsolete, and archive.
- Other special projects and duties as assigned by the Regulatory and Compliance Manager.
Repackaging
- Repackaging medication for distribution and delivery.
- Assist with monthly maintenance of equipment as needed.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Responsible for documentation of the repackaging activities in a batch record.
- Adherence to GDP and cGMP in accordance with 21 CFR 210/211 and 21 CFR 820.

Inventory Control
- Assist in pulling and processing expired products.
- Monthly cycle counts and monthly control inventories.
- Assist in the processing and shipment of multiple orders daily.
- Run reports from wholesale software to assist in inventory control activities.
Language Skills:
Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral English communication and to communicate effectively with customers, employees and vendors.
Physical Demands:

- Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, stir, walk, and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
- The employee is required to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force frequently to lift/move objects.
