As a leader in our industry with continuous growth opportunities, we are seeking a full-time Quality Pharmacy Technician in the Clinical Wholesale Department!
Pay: The starting hourly rate is $20 for a Non-Certified Pharmacy Technician and $21 for CPhT.
Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
The Location is: 416 Mary Lindsay Polk Drive, Franklin, TN 37067.

Minimum Qualifications:
- CPhT Preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 years' experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Be a great communicator, both written and oral.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills; Excel and Microsoft Office proficient.
Duties Include:
Document Control
- Facilitates the document control process for CSW regarding new or existing Quality Management System Documents, and other related records.
- Store, manage, organize, and maintain documents, adhering to the company's lifecycle and records retention procedures. (This may include tracking the status of documents during their lifecycle: draft, peer review, approval, obsolete, and archive.)
- Any other duties as assigned by Manager.
Repackaging
- Repackaging medication for dispensing and delivery.
- Assist with monthly maintenance of equipment as needed.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Responsible for documentation of the repackaging activities in a batch record.
- Adherence to GDP and cGMP in accordance with 21 CFR 210/211 and 21 CFR 820.
Inventory Control
- Monthly cycle counts and control inventories.
- Assist in pulling and processing expired products.
- Run reports from wholesale software to assist in inventory control activities.
Shipping
- Assist in the processing and shipment of multiple orders daily.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, reach, walk and stand. Must be able to sit for extended periods throughout the workday.
- The employee is required to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force frequently to lift/move objects.
- Able to reach, carry, grasp, and feel objects related to duties.
